Overview
A fast-growing, hospitality-led restaurant group is opening a location in the Kansas City market and is seeking a Store Director to lead the business. This role has full ownership of the operation, including FOH, BOH, and bar, and is designed for an operator looking for long-term growth and potential equity participation.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations across FOH, BOH, and bar
Lead hiring, training, and culture for a team of over 90 people
Manage labor planning, scheduling, and cost controls
Drive guest experience, food quality, and bar execution at scale
Lead pre-opening, training, and post-opening stabilization
Partner with ownership on performance, growth, and long-term strategy
Background & Experience
General Manager experience in a high-volume full-service environment
Experience leading a $10–12M AUV location or top-tier flagship store
Strong bar and alcohol-driven business experience
Opening or major expansion experience preferred
Comfortable running the business with full accountability
Additional Details
Training at an established flagship location prior to opening
Title may evolve to General Manager as the company scales
Long-term upside including potential equity participation
