General Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and high-energy General Manager to lead operations at a large-scale, family entertainment venue. This is a unique opportunity to run a dynamic, high-volume location offering attractions such as trampolines, arcades, food and beverage, and event hosting.
About the Role:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, with a focus on driving revenue, leading a large team, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations including attractions, food & beverage, staffing, and guest services
Lead and manage a team of department managers and hourly staff
Develop and implement local marketing, sales, and programming strategies
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and facility presentation
Drive KPIs such as sales, labor, customer satisfaction, and event bookings
Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-tier talent
Ensure compliance with all local and company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in a GM or high-level operations role, ideally within family entertainment, big box retail, large-format restaurants, or high-volume venues
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse team
Proven ability to drive results through operational efficiency and guest engagement
Experience managing P&L, scheduling, inventory, and performance metrics
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
