Job Title: Corporate Branch Manager / Franchise Staffing Leader – Healthcare
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Branch Manager / Franchise Staffing Leader to oversee branch operations while leading staffing functions for a growing network of healthcare franchise partners. This hybrid leadership role requires deep expertise in healthcare staffing, operational management, and franchise support to drive excellence across both corporate and franchise locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership & Operations:
Lead the daily operations of the corporate healthcare staffing branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
Manage local teams including recruiters, account managers, and scheduling staff.
Develop and track KPIs for performance, margin goals, fill rates, and client satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with state/federal healthcare regulations and labor laws.
Oversee branch financials including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.
Franchise Staffing Support:
Serve as the go-to staffing partner for franchise owners across the network.
Design and implement scalable staffing solutions for franchisee support, including float pools, rapid deployment teams, and pipeline development.
Collaborate with HR and recruiting leadership to maintain a strong bench of credentialed healthcare professionals.
Support franchisees with onboarding, compliance, credentialing, and workforce planning.
Consult on staffing strategies for newly launched franchise locations or high-growth markets.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience at a healthcare staffing agency (branch manager, regional manager, or equivalent).
Strong track record of managing high-volume recruitment, workforce placement, and branch-level operations.
Experience supporting or partnering with franchise or multi-site healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills.
Familiarity with credentialing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and scheduling software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Background:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or Business (Master’s preferred).
Prior success scaling staffing support across geographically distributed teams or franchise models.
Understanding of clinical licensure, onboarding, and Joint Commission standards.
