Senior Helpers: Operator
We’re seeking a highly driven and operationally skilled Multi-Unit Operator to oversee multiple home services locations or territories. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L performance, developing team leaders, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service across all units. Ideal candidates have a strong track record in service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.) and know how to scale performance in a people-first business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across [X] home service locations or territories
Recruit, train, coach, and manage General Managers, Territory Leads, or Service Managers
Drive performance to meet/exceed revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
Ensure consistency in service quality, safety, and operational standards
Analyze KPIs, operational reports, and P&Ls to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Implement systems and processes that support scalable growth and operational efficiency
Partner with corporate leadership on marketing, staffing, and strategic planning
Lead by example to promote a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance
Identify opportunities for expansion, territory optimization, or service diversification
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience managing multiple locations, preferably in a service-based franchise or trades environment
Strong P&L ownership and business acumen
Proven ability to lead and develop multi-unit teams
Experience in residential or commercial services a plus (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.)
High level of organization, accountability, and leadership presence
Ability to travel within assigned territory regularly
