Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to lead and oversee a portfolio of high-volume quick service restaurants. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, developing strong leadership teams, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across all locations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of high-volume restaurant operations, and has a proven track record of improving performance across multiple locations.

This role requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while building a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Operations Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of high-volume QSR locations, ensuring consistency in execution, service, quality, and profitability.

  • Lead, coach, and develop District Managers, Area Directors, and restaurant leadership teams.

  • Establish clear operational expectations, performance standards, and accountability across all locations.

  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate operational performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.

  • Ensure restaurants consistently deliver exceptional speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

  • Support successful new restaurant openings, operational transitions, and market expansion initiatives.
