Responsibilities:
- Franchise Growth: Lead our franchise expansion efforts by identifying potential franchisees, nurturing leads, and guiding them through the franchise discovery and onboarding process.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute creative and effective strategies to generate leads and inquiries from prospective franchisees.
- Franchisee Support: Provide exceptional support to franchisee candidates by answering questions, conducting presentations, and sharing insights about our brand.
- Franchise Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and resources that showcase our franchise opportunity.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the decision-making process and serving as their main point of contact.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Training and Onboarding: Ensure that new franchisees receive comprehensive training and onboarding to set them up for success.
- Franchise Compliance: Ensure that all franchise sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and a passion for helping others achieve their business goals.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees.
