Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Emerging Franchise Brand

Position Summary

We are seeking a proven CEO to lead the next phase of growth for an emerging franchise brand. This role requires a true operator and builder—someone who has successfully scaled businesses, built high-performing teams, and driven profitable unit and system-wide growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and has a demonstrated track record of transforming growth-stage organizations into industry-leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy, execution, and performance of the franchisor organization.
  • Drive franchise development, unit economics, and system-wide revenue growth.
  • Build and scale operational infrastructure, processes, and leadership teams to support rapid expansion.
  • Partner with franchisees to ensure strong unit performance, brand consistency, and long-term profitability.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives across development, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage investor, board, and stakeholder relationships while delivering against growth objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a CEO, President, COO, or senior executive within a franchised, multi-unit, or consumer-facing business.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling an emerging brand through significant growth milestones.
  • Strong operator with deep expertise in franchise development, operations, and organizational leadership.
  • Track record of building teams, systems, and infrastructure that support sustainable growth.
  • Highly analytical, financially disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
