High-Volume General Manager
An established and fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at one of its busiest locations. This high-energy, full-service restaurant and bar concept is known for its vibrant atmosphere, strong bar business, and loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who can drive results, build a strong team culture, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all daily restaurant and bar operations
Managing and developing large hourly and management teams
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining service standards
Controlling labor, inventory, and cost metrics
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Driving top-line sales and profitability
Ideal candidate qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service or bar-forward concept
Experience managing high-volume sales and large teams
Strong leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with late-night operations and fast-paced service environments
Ability to manage financials, scheduling, training, and inventory control
