A private, well-established franchise operator is seeking an experienced leader to oversee multiple locations within its growing restaurant portfolio. This is a high-impact, multi-unit operations role focused on driving performance, coaching teams, and executing growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Proven background in leading multi-unit operations
Strong understanding of P&L, labor, and cost control
Experience developing and mentoring store-level leadership
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on results
Prior QSR, fast-casual, or franchise experience preferred
