About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Charlotte metro area. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, supporting store managers, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across 5–8 restaurant locations
Lead, coach, and support General Managers and their teams
Ensure all stores meet brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Monitor sales, labor, and cost control metrics
Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement
Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations
Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams
Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

3+ years of multi-unit QSR or fast food management experience
Strong leadership and people development skills
Proven track record in driving store performance and achieving KPIs
Ability to analyze P&L reports and control operational costs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned area
