Chief Operating Officer - QCMS

Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's franchised restaurant expansion goals.
Infrastructure Building: Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure, processes, and systems necessary for efficient and scalable operations.
Franchise Operations: Oversee the establishment and ongoing management of franchised restaurant operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across all locations.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Financial Management: Work closely with finance and other stakeholders to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial success in line with private equity expectations.
Performance Metrics: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on operational performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations adhere to industry regulations, quality standards, and the brand's operational guidelines.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's operational interests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operations leadership role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational strategies and infrastructures.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Financial acumen and experience working in a private equity-backed environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
