The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations across multiple regions. This leader will drive operational efficiency, ensure consistent brand standards, optimize financial performance, and foster a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate brings significant multi-unit leadership experience in the QSR or fast-casual industry and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives for growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across all regions, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational policies.

  • Drive key performance metrics, including sales growth, labor management, food cost controls, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and mentor regional directors, area managers, and restaurant leaders to build strong, high-performing teams.

  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution across all locations.

  • Collaborate with the Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to align operational initiatives with overall company goals.

  • Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures.

  • Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.

  • Champion guest experience initiatives and lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Support new store openings, remodels, and market expansion plans.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong employee engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in QSR or fast-casual concepts.

  • Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and financial results across large restaurant networks.

  • Strong understanding of P&L management, labor optimization, food costs, and key operational KPIs.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing rapid growth, new store openings, and operational scaling.

  • High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.
