District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant Group

We’re looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple locations for a growing restaurant group. This role is hands-on, focused on leading General Managers, driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers
Manage labor, food costs, and full P&L performance
Ensure operational standards are met
Conduct regular store visits and support teams

Ideal Background:

1+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
Strong operational and financial skills
Experience leading and developing teams
Comfortable with regular travel between locations
Franchise experience a plus
