Manager/Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple health and wellness franchise locations. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing sales performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and supporting franchisees in achieving their business goals. The District Manager will act as a strategic partner, mentor, and leader to ensure the success of each location within their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee the daily operations of 5+ franchise locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
- Analyze store performance metrics (e.g., revenue, customer satisfaction, retention rates) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve or exceed district sales and profitability goals.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor franchise owners, managers, and key team members to foster a culture of success and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to franchisees and their teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure teams understand health and wellness trends, operational standards, and customer service excellence.
Customer & Brand Focus
- Ensure all locations deliver a superior customer experience that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the franchise’s health and wellness offerings within the community.
- Respond promptly to customer and franchisee concerns, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Oversight
- Monitor financial performance across all locations, ensuring budgets are met and financial objectives are achieved.
- Work with franchise owners to optimize costs, manage inventory, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- Review and analyze P&L statements and other financial reports to provide strategic recommendations.
Compliance & Operational Standards
- Ensure all locations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate store conditions, team performance, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably within the health and wellness, fitness, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
