Overview: As the Content Coordinator, the responsibility will be creating content calendar, with heavy knowledge
in Instagram, Reels, Tik Tok, SnapChat, YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Ideating and building content strategy to meet the commercial needs of the business.
- Planning, executing, and coordinating the production of social media content shoots.
- Manage day-to-day execution, including community management, scheduling/ posting, and engaging with the audience in each unique brand tone across all social platforms
- Filming all content for the needs of the business
- Editing all content for the business’s needs —social media reels, TikTok, stories, campaign launches, etc.
- Editorial Calendar Development: Organic content mapping and support on evergreen and timely content for TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads. Pinterest and others as needed.
- Encompass the ‘voice of the brand’ through storytelling on all social media assets.
- Understanding social media performance, optimizing our posts, and shooting briefs based on what’s performing well for the channel.
- Conducting industry research of social and TikTok trends and recommending new and innovative ideas to proactively manage how the brand can leverage this through our content creation.
- Analyzing & executing relevant reporting and developing innovative ways to improve key metrics and performance across all channels.
- Generate ideas to grow each channel and execute these with excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in social media execution.
- Strong understanding & ability to navigate across all social media platforms.
- Experience with TikTok, iPhone/video editing software/adobe.
- Simple graphic design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- iPhone static & video shooting experience.
- A love for the brand and passion for our brand values of inclusivity
