Description

Responsibilities

  • Participating in all aspects of a design project collaborative delivery process including  introductory meetings, discovery and design, project documentation, bid procurement,  and construction observation and administration.  
  • Participating in all aspects of client interaction from early pre-project discussions and in depth discovery to detailed planning and design meetings.  
  • Participating in a collaborative atmosphere interacting with other architects and  engineers on the team as well as professional consultants outside the company. 
  • Architectural design for buildings considering applicable building codes and industry  standard design practices  
  • Architectural digital modeling, drafting, and detailing  
  • Presenting schemes/ideas to the team, clients, and other organized groups

Qualifications

  • A graduate with an accredited degree of Bachelor of Architecture or Master of  Architecture  
  • An individual with a minimum of five years of professional experience in an architecture  firm or another type of professional office with similar experiences  
  • An individual with exemplary writing and verbal communication skills 
  • An individual with an appreciation and grasp of quality design and visual literacy skills
  • Design, modeling, and drafting experience with Revit Building Information Modeling  
    • (BIM) software with practice in delivering contract documents (AutoCAD experience  would be beneficial, but not a requirement)  
  • An individual with personal and professional goals to enhance the natural and built environment through the collaboration of their own skills and talents with those around  them.
