Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and maintain our position as a leader in the retail entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

  2. Marketing Leadership: Drive marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, branding efforts, digital marketing, and social media presence, to enhance brand recognition and engage customers.

  3. Brand Positioning: Continuously evaluate and refine the brand's positioning in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications.

  4. Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience, making our retail entertainment destinations even more appealing to visitors.

  5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

  6. Team Development: Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

  7. Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance our offerings and reach new customer segments.

  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

  9. Sales and Marketing Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying current on industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, analytics software, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.
