Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive franchise sales, including developing sales strategies, managing leads, and collaborating with the sales team.
Construction Oversight: Manage the construction process for new franchise locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
Real Estate Strategy: Develop and implement a real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and building relationships with landlords and property owners.
Franchisee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into our franchise system.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and research to identify and evaluate potential franchise development opportunities in target markets.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and successful execution of franchise development goals.
Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial aspects related to franchise development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise development, with a track record of successful franchise sales and network growth.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and real estate development within the context of franchising.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Financial acumen related to franchise development budgets and financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
