As a member of the sales department, you will be responsible for finding new
leads through cold calling and networking; consistently updating data in our CRM
software (Salesforce); engaging prospects to discover, define and document their
business needs; working with technical resources to put together solutions and
proposals; then presenting the appropriate solutions to help businesses address
their needs, ultimately closing new business. You would also then continually work
with clients to do regular business reviews, uncovering new opportunities.
We are seeking a highly professional and motivated individual that is passionate
about developing business relationships and helping organizations grow.

Responsibilities:
 Sell our IT service package to prospects that includes data backup, help
desk, email hosting, cyber security and more.
 Emphasis on New Business Development…we have an effective, turnkey
system with letters, scripts, and voicemails.
 Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency.
 Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity,
efficiency and effectiveness.
 Effectively utilize provided technology to manage accounts ( CRM tool)
 Qualify and find customer pain points through effective questioning
technique…then recommend a valued solution.
 Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as needed.
 Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports and prospect reports.
 Attend, actively participate in, and complete training seminars and sales
meetings.
 Handle customer complaints in a seamless way.
 Instruct customers on proper use of products and services installed.

Desired Skills and Experience:
 Previous sales, customer service, related experience
 Commitment to effective management of the sales process.
 A basic understanding of computers, software, copiers
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong organization skills.
