Position Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer you will be at the helm of our growth strategy, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a seasoned executive with a strong M&A background, a track record of successful leadership, and a commitment to driving innovation and excellence in residential services.
Responsibilities:
M&A Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy to drive growth and expansion in the residential services sector.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships aligned with the company's vision.
Financial Leadership:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize capital structure and financial resources.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with operational teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between the board of directors and the executive team.
Innovation and Technology:
- Drive innovation in service offerings and operational processes to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Leverage technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with M&A activities and business operations.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the success of strategic initiatives.
Corporate Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory and legal considerations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, with a focus on M&A.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial leadership.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Track record of successfully driving growth through mergers and acquisitions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
