Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies across email, social media, and website platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, possess excellent writing skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.
    • Manage email lists, segmentations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
    • Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion.
  2. Social Media Management:

    • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
    • Implement social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics.
  3. Website Updating:

    • Update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features, functionality, and design improvements.
    • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and traffic.
  4. Creative Writing:

    • Produce compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
    • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, social media, and website marketing efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, website updating, and creative writing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various audiences and channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
