Position Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving the overall growth and success of the company. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and growth strategy, aligned with market trends and opportunities.
- Lead the executive team in setting and achieving ambitious business goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including retail operations, technology development, supply chain management, and customer experience.
- Implement best practices and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
Technology Innovation:
- Drive innovation in retail leveraging emerging trends and technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide leadership and support to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company's financial strategy and budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics to drive business growth and value creation.
Customer Focus:
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all products and services meet the needs and expectations of our retail partners and end customers.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Market Expansion and Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships to drive growth and market share.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and synergies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the retail industry, with a focus on technology-driven retail operations.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-growth brands or turnarounds, preferably within technology-focused retail companies.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
