Position Overview:

As the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving the overall growth and success of the company. This role requires a rockstar retail professional with a deep understanding of technology-focused retail operations, the ability to thrive in high-growth environments, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and growth strategy, aligned with market trends and opportunities.
    • Lead the executive team in setting and achieving ambitious business goals and objectives.

  2. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee all aspects of company operations, including retail operations, technology development, supply chain management, and customer experience.
    • Implement best practices and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

  3. Technology Innovation:

    • Drive innovation in retail leveraging emerging trends and technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.

  4. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Provide leadership and support to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

  5. Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the company's financial strategy and budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance and key metrics to drive business growth and value creation.

  6. Customer Focus:

    • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all products and services meet the needs and expectations of our retail partners and end customers.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

  7. Market Expansion and Partnerships:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships to drive growth and market share.
    • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and synergies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the retail industry, with a focus on technology-driven retail operations.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-growth brands or turnarounds, preferably within technology-focused retail companies.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
