Vice President of Operations - Pizza
Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead our franchisee operations for a growing quick service restaurant (QSR) group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the QSR industry, a proven track record in operations management, and a strong focus on driving performance, profitability, and brand consistency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance of each location, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for restaurant managers and staff to promote operational excellence and customer service standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational best practices to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement in service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, human resources, and supply chain teams to drive initiatives that enhance operational performance and brand awareness.
Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive accountability across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management within the QSR or restaurant industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in franchise operations is a plus.
