Overview:

The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the brand strategy for our home services company. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends that inform brand positioning.
  2. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  3. Brand Messaging:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, maintaining a cohesive voice and identity.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity in all communications.
  4. Customer Engagement:

    • Create and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
    • Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to inform adjustments to marketing strategies.
  5. Performance Analysis:

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and engagement.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  6. Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment.
    • Lead brand training sessions for internal teams to promote a deep understanding of brand values and messaging.
  7. Budget Management:

    • Assist in the management of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor spending and performance against budget, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the home services or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
