This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality in education, care, compliance, staff performance, and family experience. As a model location, this center will often serve as a training site, a pilot program location, and a showcase for brand standards. The Director must be an inspiring leader, a savvy operator, and a passionate advocate for children, families, and staff.
