The Nurse Manager (LPN) oversees day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and a supportive team environment. This role is ideal for an experienced LPN ready to step into leadership and drive both clinical excellence and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs), providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and safety protocols
Monitor and improve quality of care, patient outcomes, and satisfaction
Assist with onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams
Manage documentation, incident reports, and patient records accuracy
Oversee inventory, supplies, and clinical resources
Support budgeting and cost control initiatives within the department
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2+ years of clinical experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
Previous supervisory or leadership exposure is a plus, but not required
