Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our residential services division. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of residential facilities, managing staff, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and resident satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, policy implementation, and collaboration with other departments to maintain and improve the quality of services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of residential services, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Supervise and support staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with senior management on long-term planning and goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential services or property management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
