Vice President of Franchise Development
Position Summary:
The Vice President of Franchise Development will be responsible for driving the growth of the franchise system across the U.S. This role will lead all aspects of franchise sales and development — from strategic lead generation through deal execution — while working closely with the executive team to ensure franchise partners are aligned with the company’s values, mission, and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales Strategy & Execution
Build and lead the end-to-end franchise development process
Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and guide candidates through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking and conversion metrics
Lead Generation & Marketing
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead gen campaigns targeting mission-aligned entrepreneurs
Attend franchise expos, events, and networking forums to source candidates
Optimize digital and broker channel performance
Process & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with franchise laws, FDD disclosures, and documentation
Refine and scale the franchise recruitment process, including onboarding and due diligence
Work closely with legal, finance, and operations to align new franchisees with brand standards
Team Leadership & Growth Planning
Hire and lead a franchise development team as the network scales
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and training to ensure smooth market launches
Report KPIs, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive team
Qualifications:
7–10+ years of experience in franchise development, preferably in a service or youth enrichment brand
Proven track record of closing multi-unit franchise deals and scaling franchise networks
Deep understanding of franchise laws, FDD management, and qualification protocols
Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills — able to represent the mission with passion and clarity
Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
Bachelor’s degree required; CFE designation a plus
