Chief of Staff
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting (Big Four preferred), with experience in healthcare and technology as a strong plus. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, aligning cross-functional teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping to prioritize and execute key business initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency by streamlining internal processes and ensuring organizational alignment with company goals.
Lead strategic projects, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
Represent the CEO in high-priority meetings, preparing briefs, and ensuring effective follow-through on action items.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation across teams.
Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or an operational leadership role (Big Four background strongly preferred).
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or tech-driven environments is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
