As we continue to scale, we need a dynamic, hands-on VP of Operations to drive operational success and profitability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

🔹 Operational Leadership – Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
🔹 Growth & Expansion – Develop and execute operational strategies to scale the brand while maintaining top-tier quality.
🔹 People & Culture – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including regional directors, general managers, and support staff.
🔹 Financial Performance – Drive P&L management, cost controls, labor optimization, and revenue growth.
🔹 Guest Experience – Champion best-in-class hospitality, service standards, and brand consistency.
🔹 Franchise & Corporate Operations – Support franchise partners and corporate locations with best practices, training, and operational playbooks.
🔹 Process & Technology Optimization – Implement scalable systems, SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
🔹 Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain to ensure smooth, profitable operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ 10+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership, preferably at the VP or senior director level.
✅ Experience in fast-casual, QSR, or full-service restaurants (franchise experience is a huge plus!).
✅ Strong background in scaling brands, leading teams, and driving profitability.
✅ Deep knowledge of P&L management, labor optimization, and food cost controls.
✅ Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership.
✅ A passion for guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.
✅ Experience working with private equity-backed or high-growth restaurant groups is a plus.
