Implant Sales Director
The Implant Sales Director will lead sales strategy, execution, and growth initiatives for our implant division. This individual will oversee a team of regional sales representatives, drive key account development, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical education teams. A strong background in dental implants, dental devices, or cosmetic healthcare is highly preferred to ensure rapid success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing sales team across designated territories.
Build strong, trusted relationships with dental surgeons, cosmetic dentists, and key opinion leaders.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive market share growth.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team knowledge of products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Forecast sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report regularly to leadership.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in dental and cosmetic health.
Qualifications:
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success selling dental implants, dental devices, cosmetic medical products, or related healthcare products.
Strong network within dental practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), or cosmetic health providers is a significant plus.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable, measurable plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
