Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Business Leader to join our growing health and wellness franchisor. This role is pivotal to supporting and guiding franchisees in achieving operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards. The Franchise Business Leader will serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchisee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance on operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive business performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure franchisees adhere to operational standards, including compliance with brand guidelines, health and wellness regulations, and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial and operational KPIs across franchise locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tailored action plans.
- Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training programs and resources to franchisees and their teams, fostering growth in areas such as leadership, customer engagement, and team management.
- Business Growth: Partner with franchisees to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance market penetration.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring franchisees maintain the company’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of their business.
- Problem Solving: Address franchisee concerns and challenges proactively, providing solutions that align with the company’s goals and policies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about health and wellness industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position franchisees for success.
- Franchise Relations: Build strong relationships with franchisees, fostering trust, engagement, and a shared commitment to achieving business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with corporate teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support franchisee needs and drive system-wide improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit leadership, preferably in the health and wellness or service industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of health and wellness trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence franchisees or multi-unit teams to achieve business goals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, POS, and franchise management software is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations and regional meetings.
