Position Overview: The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial visibility and strategic decision-making across the company. This role involves developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Partner with operational teams to analyze store performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
Lead scenario analysis and financial impact assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
Experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
