Position Overview: The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial visibility and strategic decision-making across the company. This role involves developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Partner with operational teams to analyze store performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
  • Lead scenario analysis and financial impact assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
  • Experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
